Established in 2014, the Centre is a modern ecumenical library and research facility, independent, but in the vicinity of the University of Southern Queensland. The four fields of research are chosen, on the one hand, for their inter-relatedness, and on the other, as contexts for research into major events of the day.
The Centre also promotes discussion with others from USQ and the community, facilitates public lectures from time to time, encourages staff and scholars to participate in major issues in the media and to prepare articles, theses and books for publication.
